Wieder einmal ein sehr schönes, freu erhältliches Album. Aufmerksam wurde ich durch die Free Music Charts darauf. Wer diese Seite noch nicht kennt, sollte da auf alle Fälle reinschauen und den Newsletter abonieren!
So, kommen wir aber wieder zur Musik..
Wie beschreiben sich die Künstler selbst bei Jamendo?
Botany Bay are a Germany based alternative pop project, consisting mainly of Stephan Kleinert (instruments, programming) and Laura Dietrich (lead vocals, keyboards), playing an organic mixture of world music, experimental pop and rock, augmented with classical arrangements and free-form improvisation.
In October 2007, Laura and Stephan released their current album "Grounded", which they recorded in a period of over four years and with the help of numerous guest musicians. Although "Grounded" doesn't tell a continuous story, it is a concept album in the sense that all tracks are connected to each other thematically and/or musically.
Grounded ist ein durch und durch gelungenes Album und ich bin mal gespannt, was noch so kommen wird!
